Project Management

This project has an executive committee of three (Whiting, Zhang, and Dhingra) responsible for oversight of the different objectives as shown in the illustration below.

The executive committee will be responsible for ensuring that project goals and objectives are being met as outlined in the proposal. Each objective has one lead person responsible for ensuring progress is being made.

The executive committee will have quarterly meetings with leaders of each objective to assess progress and or needed changes in budgets or operating procedures.

The executive committee will also meet with all team members and the stakeholder advisory committee once per year to review progress and assess whether any changes are needed.
